At TOOLETRIES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grooming gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition, then securely pack them into a shipping box to prevent damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
